Exchanges & Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- The return address will be shared after approval
Damaged Items & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive:
- A defective or damaged item
- The wrong item

Exchanges
For exchanges due to sizing issues or preference, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to:
- Return the original item
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags
- Items not in original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable)
- In case of out-of-stock items, a full refund will be issued automatically
